GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION 

Please use the following sequence of steps to ensure proper submission of your abstract

1. Download the Abstract Template by clicking on the link below.

2. Abstract template is a Word file – the abstract must be submitted as a Word document.

3. Provide the title, author(s), affiliation(s), and narrative using the format in the template.

4. On a separate page, provide the requested submission information listed in the template.

5. Save the abstract and accompanying page as an ABSTRACT.doc file on your computer.

6. Upload the ABSTRACT.doc file to the CALCON website via the Upload Abstract link.

7. Submit abstracts individually – do not combine multiple abstracts into a single document.

8. Abstract size is limited to 2 Mb and must be in MS Word 97-2003 (*.doc) format.
