The Conference Organizing Committee has established a time-dependent registration fee schedule to reward Conferees who register early.
The CALCON 2011 Registration Fees and Deadlines for Participants and Students are as follows:

Conferees are encouraged to complete their CALCON 2011 Registration online via direct debiting of Mastercard, Visa, or American Express at the following link:

An alternative option is to download and submit the manual registration form to the Secretary-Treasurer accompanied by credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or an official bank check payable to The Calorimetry Conference [CALCON 2011 REGISTRATION FORM].
The Conference Registration Fee for Participants/Students includes:
- Official Conference Abstracts, Program, and Proceedings
- Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (June 12)
- Daily Conference Resort Fee for Sunday thru Thursday evening (June 12-16)
- Morning/Afternoon Breaks on Monday thru Thursday (June 13-16)
- Daily Buffet Lunch on Monday thru Thursday (June 13-16)
- Poster Mixer/Reception on Tuesday evening (June 14)
- Conference Banquet on Thursday evening (June 16)
The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons ($ 300) and Children ($ 150) includes:
- Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (June 12)
- Daily Conference Resort Fee for Sunday thru Thursday evening (June 12-16)
- Daily Buffet Lunch on Monday thru Thursday (June 13-16)
- Poster Mixer/Reception on Tuesday evening (June 14)
- Conference Banquet on Thursday evening (June 16)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our contractual obligations with the Turtle Bay Resort require STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF DEADLINES related to payment of Conference Registration Fees and Resort Accommodations. Conference Registrations and/or Accommodations Requests received after June 1, 2011 are subject to an additional late penalty and will be processed on a space available basis. |
